Refund and Return Policy

This policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted, except for manufacturing defects covered under warranty.

Conditions for Return

  • Unused and unworn — no signs of use, washing, or alteration
  • Original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@serveuttam.com with: your order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will respond within 24 business hours with a return authorisation. Do not ship items back without a return authorisation.

Return Shipping

For preference-based returns (wrong size, change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, Laxmi Enterprises arranges and covers return pickup.

Refund Timeline and Method

After we receive and inspect the item (within 2 business days), approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer — provide account details when raising the request. Card/UPI refunds may take an additional 3 to 5 days to reflect depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are available within 7 days, subject to stock. Email support@serveuttam.com. Return shipping is your responsibility; replacement dispatch is covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Yoga mats and floor mats — once opened or unrolled, not eligible for hygiene reasons
  • Sale and clearance items — final sale, not eligible for return unless defective
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Defective or Damaged Items — 6-Month Warranty

All products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (stitching failure, fastener breakage, foam delamination, material defects under normal use). To claim: email support@serveuttam.com with your order number, defect description, and photos. Approved claims receive a full refund or free replacement. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@serveuttam.com. We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. For unresolved disputes, contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
