These Terms govern your use of leosportz.in and your purchase of products from Leosportz. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using leosportz.in, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Laxmi Enterprises may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase on leosportz.in. Our services are available exclusively within India.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images. In case of a material error in description or price, Laxmi Enterprises may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary due to monitor calibration.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices may change without notice. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every purchase. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Ordering and Payment

Your order is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of fraud, payment failure, or stock unavailability, with a full refund where applicable. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched. Email support@serveuttam.com with your order number. After dispatch, initiate a return post-delivery per our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India via trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates. Laxmi Enterprises is not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Governed by our Refund and Return Policy, compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on leosportz.in — name, logo, images, descriptions, design — is the exclusive property of Laxmi Enterprises, protected under Indian IP laws. Unauthorised commercial use may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Laxmi Enterprises's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing herein limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
