Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will see a notification at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3 business days
  • Tier-2 cities and towns: 4–5 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 5 business days

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • Flat ₹60 shipping fee on orders below ₹999

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. No hidden fees.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. Maximum COD order value is ₹5,000. COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and logistics partner details. You can track your shipment using the link provided.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery up to 2 times. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated minus any applicable return shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@serveuttam.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our logistics partner and offer a replacement or full refund.
