This is coming after 42 years of weight lifting , powerlifting exercises in hardcore , soft core and modern dance club Gyms ...from a internationally trained fitness trainer for last 30+ years
pros
1) can be used under the bar and overcthe bar grips.
2) easy to use
3) good quality velcro
4) looks premium
5) welbuilt
6) the padding at the far end helps grip a thinner dumbell well beyond expectations...and provides cushion to the palm bones ...
Cons
1) could have had a longer wrist support so that it won't pinch at the Nadi location
2) could have been longer by one inch for bigger hands
3) the steel loop can be thicker
No con but scope for improvement..
Wrist strap + this grip all in one would be the game changer product ..n will add only 10 rs to manufacture it ..
